Here is some food for thought that comes from the White House request of Crisis Commons. The following information was requested. It certainly aligns with what we have thus far in the HAVE 2.0 schema - though we do need to rationalize some of the more abstract
and potentially confusing data structures.
White house NRCC:
1)Inventory of Hospitals and LTC facilities,
Which ones are evacuated and to what degree
what is their status for re-popuplation plans.
2) which are running on grid power vs Gennies
