Update - Schema

I was distracted away from working on the schema last night so I took a shot at it again this morning as I am out of comms for the next few days and traveling until Wednesday next week. The schema is really coming together. The only real "nagging" feelings I get still comes from defaults and I am leaning towards ValueURI/Value pairs (currently most are just ParameterValueTypes) but I suppose we could do a ParameterValueType and then a "quantity" or something with a unit-of-measure. We can discuss that at the next meeting.

I am on the road next week but I am hoping that I can take the 4pm EDT call from the airport. My flight schedule is still somewhat fluid though.
