REMINDER - OASIS EDXL HAVE - 4PM EDT

Folks - I am a bit behind on the document but I have made a good start. I have started by making a lovechild of TEP and HAVE 1.0 so there will be some reasonable content - it gets its style from its dad (TEP), the manners from its mother (HAVE 1.0), and its bad attitude from us...

I'll have a quick update for those on the call. Nothing to parcel out as far as work goes but it is getting close!
