Tim's next step RE: [emergency-have] EDXL-HAVE-v2.0-wd02 proofed Patti's edit

Folks,
My understanding is that I will not take this version from Rex and work on the up-front content.  Please advise ASAP otherwise.

Regarding the data dictionary, I understand that will be auto-generated so I will not touch that area.  Brian/Darrell, perhaps you could take a look at Rex's data dictionary comments, incorporate into the schema as appropriate so that the gen'd data dictionary contains any DD improvements.

Hi Everyone,

I have proofread Patti's latest version and appended my initials to the end of the filename, attached. I was unable to keep from looking through the data dictionary and what I found is that it needs only minor fixes, although it could benefit from a few more definitions for some of the terms that have been left without but even that is pretty minimal. 
Having the full element diagrams from Oxygen in an appendix as well as the schema should be more than enough for anyone.
