Reminder - 4pm EST - EDXL-HAVE SC Meeting

Folks - I have uploaded a new working draft (WD). I simply copied over the content from the WD01 that had been circulating.

In this meeting I would like to apportion some editing efforts. Please pre-load the Word document as I would like to rip through the document and see what we can do to bring this document to closure.
