Public Review - Feedback from TAB

Folks - I had hoped to get the issues that the OASIS Technical Advisory Board (TAB) raised but I need to get permissions changed in JIRA before I can do that.

I suggest we have a very short call this afternoon at 4pm EDT to discuss where we stand. My best guess right now is that we need to read through each issue and then visit to discuss who is best suited to so what in the various artifacts that we have.
