Fwd: [emergency] [OASIS Issue Tracker] (EMERGENCY-110) Fix imported schema

Rex - where do I find the definitive source for these renamed XSD files in the RIM? I've looked in the oasis-open.org site but there is no obvious place that I can find.

Once I have them I'll update the schema.

        <xs:import namespace="urn:oasis:names:tc:emergency:edxl:ciq:1.0:xal" schemaLocation="./ImportedSchema/edxl_xAL.xsd"/>

Replace the included ImportedSchema with correct .xsd files.
