WD04 - table trouble

Folks - I am having trouble with the table on Page 103. I can't figure out how to fix it - I click it and get moved to elsewhere in the document. Perhaps this is an issue with the fact that I use Mac Office?

I have attached the document here. It is ready to go otherwise.
