Finalized meeting minutes of the Infrastructure (IF)

Subcommittee meeting
of March 30, 2010, as approved at following meeting. At the meeting of
March 30, the members received an update on Tactical Situation Objects and
NCOIC from Rex, and then discussed working to define use cases and
associated requirements to help define when Uniform Resource Names (URNs)
are most appropriate (e.g. routing for larger infrastructures and
push-based data in motion) and when Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) are
most appropriate (e.g. metadata for disambiguating terms and
polling/querying data at rest).
