IF Meeting Cancelled for Today!

  Sorry for problems with phone lines. Due to the late start, and continuing lack of a phone connection, I'd like to cancel today's IF meeting.  I will e-mail a summary of initial editing progress in a document I posted and the previous week's minutes by Friday so that we can mark the progress and prepare for the next meeting in 2 weeks.
