Here is the latest issues list spreadsheet with color-coded comments.
(Note, if there is no extension on this file, it should be .xls)  We'll
begin with Item 25 (column A) today. Also Dave will present what he has
considered for a solution for linking content objects. Jeff will also
mention what he has found regarding xlink.

This spreadsheet contains the color-coded status of our DE 2.0 draft edits
addressing the issues list and resolution of those issues at the
face-2-face. We are continuing our review of the issues today, beginning at
Item 25 (column A). "Other". Although this issues list is version
7 (v07), the draft specification is in a separate file uploaded previously
as version 6 (v06).  (since previous edits were simply discussed and
approved at the last meeting of 9/28/2010, see the minutes)
