The latest draft DE 2.0 specification, version 8, has been uploaded for
your consideration. It was based on Hans' most recent version with a few
additional changes approved at our last meeting. We'll continue through our
issues list

at tomorrow's meeting beginning at item 34, after giving Hans a chance to
