Missing from Current DE 2.0

Hey All-
We MAY be missing something important from the ver03 DE 2.0 schema:
1.
An XML Any ##other to sign an entire DE message.  We have the any ##other in the ContentObject (to sign an individual ContentObject) but not for the whole message.  Did we decide not to do this or did we forget to add it in?
2.
Why is the Any ##other in the ContentObject an unbounded list?  Shouldn’t it only allow one max?
