Today's IF meeting

I will be unable to attend today's IF meeting, but Rex has graciously consented to help run the meeting.  Minutes have been posted from the last meeting and I summarized some progress on modifying the DE 2.0 schema to use the gml_micro profile and to offer a more flexible way to state the "kind" of a TargetArea.  I look forward to referencing and using the official common components (common types, CIQ profile, and gml_micro_profile) when officially posted and available. We'll then be able to complete our specification document and present the DE 2.0 for further review. Thanks.
