This document contains suggested changes for the DE 2.0 Working draft  located at  http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/emergency-if/download.php/43676/EDXL-DE-v2.0-wd01f.odt.
The document has a table showing the status of the changes, most of which  are typo/cleanup changes but a few of which are related to naming  conventions and how to handle describing default values in the data  dictionary.  Thanks to Martena Gooch for this valuable feedback.
