Description
A final set of modifications to the DE 2.0 CSWD 08 draft zip file  containing the specification, schema, supporting schema, documentation and  examples.  In the doc folder, there is also an updated version of the DE  Basics white paper with a section entitled  What's New  that provides an  overview and some of the rationale for the new DE.
