ISSUE: 18 - Minor editorial corrections

DESCRIPTION: The commenter proposes several editorial corrections.

PROPOSED CHANGE:  The commenter suggests:

>Page 1:
>The sentence "To subscribe, send an email message to

>with the word "subscribe" as the body of the
>message." Should be changed to "To subscribe,
>send an email message to
> with an empty
>subject and body of the message.".
>
>Page 3, section 1.2:
>"though" should be changed to "through".
>
>Page 15:
>In the following sentence "not" should be
>changed to "no":  "(2) If this item is not
>provided, each recipient is free to set its own
>policy as to when the message is not longer in
>effect.".
>
>Page 19:
>In the following sentence "altitude" should be
>changed to "ceiling":  "(2) The altitude measure
>is in feet above mean sea level (per WGS-84
>datum).".
>
>Page 20:
>"WGS 84" should be changed to "WGS-84".

DISCUSSION:  All of these changes seem appropriate.

RECOMMENDATION:  Apply the suggested changes.
