Minutes of 11/9 Telecon

The Notifications and Messaging Subcommittee convened by telephone at 
12 noon Eastern time on 11/9/04.  Participating in the call were:

The Subcommittee took up a number of items from the CAP 1.1 Issues 
List, and resolved the following items: 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 15 as 
noted on the updated Issues List posted to the SC web site.  Items 13 
and 22 were held over for further evaluation.  The following items 
are awaiting recommendations:

1 - Rex
14 - Carl
16, 17, 18, 19 - Art

The SC adjourned at approximately 12:50.
