Minutes of 12/7 Conference Call

The Subcommittee convened by telephone at noon Eastern time.  In 
attendance were:

Items 3, 16 and 18 from the CAP 1.1 Issues List were resolved as 
noted in the updated list.  This completed the current Issues List.

The Subcommittee adjourned at approximately 12:45 PM.
