Meeting Today after TC Meeting

Hi Folks,

I wanted to send out a reminder that we have a meeting scheduled 
after the EM TC meeting today. If we have outstanding Meeting Notes 
that need to be posted, please do that. We should be prepared to 
discuss EDXL-HAVE issues and the IssuesList _v4.6 that Sukumar 
uploaded Mar 6

We should also be prepared to discuss Jacob's proposal for a 
developing a quick initial draft for CAP 1.2, including some language 
wrt EDXL-DE and, now, some thought about Digital Signatures.
