Document Description:
This is working draft 05 that incorporates changes made after the
subcommittee's approval of draft 04 to send to the TC.  These are changes
the TC can review and add as part of its review and approval of CAP v1.2 as
a committee draft.  A marked up version with changes shown between 04 and
05 is also posted for review.
