Elements added to EA Model

Hi Everyone, Werner,

I decided to just go ahead and copy and paste all the elements from 
the ERM in the Requirements pdf.

I will have the Relationship Matrix caught by next Tuesday, even 
though we are concentrating on EDXL-HAVE and RM Errata first in that 
session.
