My availability Tuesday

Hi Tim, Everyone,

Something just came up and I need to check in from the road for 
Tuesday's meeting on a friend and colleague's cell phone for our 
meeting. I can stay long enough to vote on the CAPv1.2 motion to report 
it out of the SC to the TC for approval as a Committee Draft. I'll be on 
my way down to NASA Ames Moffet Field for another meeting, hopefully on 
the road to some funded work

Sorry I won't be able to stay for the whole meeting, Tim. There 
shouldn't be a problem with the 22nd after the TC meeting.
