All,

A couple quick comments to the meeting minutes from today:

a.      SignificantEvents needs to specify “forTimePeriod.” Change element name?

"forTimePeriod" IS ALREADY IN THE ROOT, AND THIS IS THE NAME USED BY THE PRACTITIONERS AND IN ICS.

b.      PrimaryMaterials/Hazards needs name to be simpler, e.g. PrimaryHazards.

NO PROBLEM CHANGING NAMES AS LONG AS WE DOCUMENT/MAP NAME CHANGES TO ORIGINAL REQUIREMENTS NAMES FOR TRACKING 

c.      Deferred HazMatIncdentReport

d.      ExtentofContamination needs to add Geographical and consider severity – intensity extents. Needs to be revisited.

SITUATION SUMMARY IS PART OF MANAGEMENT REPORTING SUMMARY, WHICH APPLIES THE RE-USABLE COMPONENT “LOCATION: LOCATION TYPE”.  ELEMENTS SPECIFIED IN LOCATION TYPE PROVIDE GEO COMPONENTS TO APPLY TO extentOfContamination.  THIS MODEL IS RUDIMENTARY AND NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.  SEVERITY IS CONTAINED IN SITUATION SUMMARY, UNLESS THE SUGGESTION IS TO RE-USE THE SAME ELEMENT AGAIN TO PAIR WITH THIS ELEMENT?

e.      IndicationsofFollow-OnIncidents has no descripition or definition.

ONE OF THOSE WHERE THE PRACTITIONERS “ASSUME” EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS.  NEED TO REVIEW THE COMPLETED ICS EXAMPLES ROB PROVIDED.  PROBABLY REFERS TO TEXTUAL DESCRIPTION OF LIKELIHOOD OF OTHER INCIDENTS FOLLOWING THE INCIDENT BEING REPORTED ON, AND NATURE/DESCRIPTION OF THOSE PREDICTED INCIDENT(S)
