Please DoubleCheck that WD04 is Correct

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for any confusion, but I noticed that my last attempt to upload 
the corrected version of WD04 apparently did not happen, so I uploaded 
and waited to be certain it happened. To be sure you have the correct 
version, check to see if the Table of Contents shows Section 4 to be 
Data Dictionary. If it does, then it is correct. If not, please delete 
it and download WD04 again.

Sometimes the hurrier I go the behinder I get. :-[
