There are a number of links in references section that are not valid or have discrepancies between the actual date of publication and what is listed. EDXL-SitRep Committee Specification Draft 01 / Public Review Draft 01 Reference sections (by line number):
135 - Date on cover of EDXL Situation Reporting Requirements document was February 02, 2009. Currently lists April 2009.
139 - Link was not valid, recommend removing IETF RFC 2046 text from the link so it points to the .txt file http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2046.txt
 
140-141 - RFC2119 is listed twice in this section (see also lines 136-137). Recommend deleting second reference.
145 - Link was not valid. Consider using this one http://earth-info.nga.mil/GandG/publications/tr8350.2/wgs84fin.pdf or verifying correct link.
147-148 - Link points to (Fifth Edition) with a date of 26 November 2008. Reference says 2004. Should link and date match? There are specific links available to prior editions.
149-150 - Link points to (Third Edition) W3C Recommendation 8 December 2009. Should link and date match? There are specific links available to prior editions.
155-156 - The EDXL-DE link is missing a "-" for edxl-de and is not valid as written. Recommend using this one - http://docs.oasis-open.org/emergency/edxl-de/v1.0/EDXL-DE_Spec_v1.0.pdf or similar html version.
157-158 - Date on cover is 22 December 2009 rather than 1 December 2009.
161 - Date on cover is 22 December 2009 rather than 1 November 2008.
164 - Following links and authoritative source, date is 10 May 2011.
167 - No date is included, for CIQ Profile Version 1.0 CSD 01 it was 10 May 2011. Consider adding for consistency.
182-183 - Received error, consider verifying correct link.  
185 - Received error. Should it be  http://aurora.regenstrief.org/~ucum/ucum.html
