concept addition ideas

Here are a few suggestions for possible additions to concept requirements:
(1) Principles/policies/recommendations/guidance for how to integrate things from other open standards
(2) Integration with internet, e.g. using URL's as unique id's
(3) Principles underlying support for sensors and other automated processing
(4) Support for semantic standards (RDF, OWL)
