Meeting notes from RIM Telecon for October 22, 2009. Dave reviewed routing
issues and how they were handled in previous prototype/pilot efforts
utilizing the Distribution Element. Rex presented the latest diagram
showing stages of policy checks prior to, and in support of, sending an
emergency message.
