Meeting Notes from the Reference Information Model Subcommittee of January
14, 2010.

The RIM subcommittee is developing use cases for the ValueListURN, showing
how this standard component can support flexible and reliable routing of
emergency management information. At this meeting, the topics included
discussion of doing a sample educational implementation of a policy in the
envisioned "triples" format in parallel with use case
development, the assessment that the current use case is sufficiently
complete from a practitioner perspective, the importance and significance
of nonrepudation and handling of false alarms, and initial discussion of
next steps for deconstructing the current use case or moving on.
