Sorry, I will need to be absent from today's RIM meeting. I did upload the minutes from the last meeting for your consideration.  Please note that my additional editorial comment in the notes for Topic 3 can be removed if desired. It would be what I would say if I were trying to help someone unfamiliar to understand what I think are fundamental issues underlying our discussions. But perhaps I am off-base.  Thanks.  :)
