 	Those schemas reference xlink and so does our gml profile  this causes a double-definition error
 	Turns out our edxl_xPIL profile doesnt use xlink so this is easily resolved by commenting out
 	I have made this change and uploaded the fixed set of files to the RIM group with this filename: edxl-ct-v1.0-wd03_DPM_CIQFix.zip
 	I have also added additional documentation to the schema header
