Rex, I will work to assemble relevant materials for this area from OGC and related sources. By the way, I will be attending the OGC's Technical Committee meeting the week of 19-23 Mar where many of the key contributors for these efforts in the past and on-going (CityGML in particular) will be meeting face-to-face to conduct the business of their specification and domain working groups.
