it would be preferable if that document were placed under Resources - unfortunately the only way I am aware of to do that in Kavi is by deleting the it from the current folder and uploading it again to the new target, and you are the only one who has the access rights to do it.
Maybe someone else has a better way of accomplishing this ...
That apart - thanks for sharing that important work with the RIM SC!

I uploaded an update to the Environment Canada Layer Doc. It was my first time ever updating a doc on the site so it may not appear like a new doc in the document library (but I'll do better next time).
