We will have our bi-weekly meeting of the RIM today at 11EST.  Please note the zoom details in the Kavi calendar and also provided below.  Please disregard any messages about this meeting being canceled as I was cleaning up the multiple invites in my calendar.  I will only be able to attend partially as I have a concurrent meeting.  I will set up recording on the ZOOM meeting when we start.
Today I am inviting both Jamie Clark and Chet Ensign of OASIS staff.  We have written them with questions about our plans to hire AIDIQ for development of the EDXL Framework Toolkit.  This is understood to be an adaptation for the open source capability for EDXL they currently have deployed as Sahana Eden.  The most recent statement of work is found at  Phase 1 Statement of Work - CAP-DE Reference Implementation Rev03.3 RB-JW-EJ.docx (oasis-open.org) .
Jamie, Chet, Rex and Jeff, you were copied on an email resent on 11/2/2020 (Subject:  EDXL reference implementation and using provider - questions of IPR) which included a number of reference of interest.  Many of our questions come in the IPR for both OASIS and Sahana.  During RIM meetings we have had further discussion but desperately need OASIS guidance before we can go forward.
