Notes on Critical Infrastructure

Hi RIM Folks,

I have attached a document that is a thought experiment with the issues of collecting various kinds of lists related to Critical Infrastructures (CI) with the eventual purpose of starting a formal process to define
  a global set of agreed names for Critical Infrastructures, and what facilities belong to theses CIs. This would be a bit like our work on the Event Terms List on steroids.

Our EMF should provide a great resource for this and using it to raise awareness of the issue, especially in today's world, like the FAA  problem grounding flights due to faillure of the Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM)
  system.

Nothing like a nice simple task, eh? ð
