This is true but the mechanics of how this is done with the MS has not
been laid out.  That is why I mention it for a topic of the MS
discussion and budget. 

Yes, we absolutely need three OASIS member organizations that have an
application built using HAVE to step forward and make a statement of
"use" before we can go to the OASIS membership for
voting.  We are working hard to find companies that can make this
statement.  This held us up with the DE before and we need to make
sure it doesn't happen with HAVE.

We can discuss the managed list for incident types on the call.
