But, Scott... didn't you tell me just day before yesterday that your contract wasn't direct, but rather by way of Johns Hopkins and possibly some subcontractors?  Let's see... yes, here it is:

"I believe we are DHS third or fourth tier sub-contractors, so I imagine the prime contract number should help expedite the process.

"Our contract is with Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab APL Contract Number 951679 Under Prime Contract Number N00024-03-D-6606"
