Groups - EDXL-TEP (Tracking of Emergency Patients) Sub-committee added

A portion of the SC met on April 7 at 3:00 EST as posted and planned.  The
group decided to continue on a bi-weekly schedule beginning April 21, 2011
until such time that we see a reason to make this more frequent - in order
to complete other outstanding OASIS standards activities.
Please confirm that you can make the meeting on the 21st.  Meetings forward
will be very important to ensure the team is on the same page regarding
purpose, objectives, scope and details of this new standards effort.
