After some coordination, I suggest we move forward with the following agenda and process.  Attachments are posted, but here for your convenience  

1.       The TC has requested we identify a time-frame to target a F to F TEP session.  Let’s discuss and either make a recommendation or ID the process required to come up with one.

2.       Do first or do later?  Quick familiarization of key issues contained on the TEP issues list.  Priority items are filtered in the attached, and we will address all in time.

3.       At this time, use the attached visio version of the TEP structure coupled with the data dictionary to walk the detailed elements, definitions and structure, and make changes/annotations as we go.

a.       Let’s decide up front whether to annotate/update the excel or word standard DD version as we work this.  Excel is much easier to manage during this group process, but later would have to be translated into the word table format for the spec. Word version is in the back of the Requirements and draft messaging specification (not attached).

4.       In parallel, Don’s folks will work up a first draft schema, and recommend a point in time where the group might transition this process to work directly from the schema, and away from the block diagram.
