Looks like April 10-12 in the DC area may be our best bet. Could IEM/Patti support us at your facility in Crystal City? I will otherwise look into either BWI or a hotel near there. Could you all respond with whether you would need travel expenses covered to be able to attend a meeting in the DC area 4/10-12. I would suggest arriving 4/9, meeting 10-11 full day and 4/12 morning.
If we can nail down the basics this morning, I can go ahead with a request for funding to the EM StC in our meeting this afternoon.

Elysa and I are having trouble with our timing lately, but she offered other options. See below and rate your first and second choice - we’ll discuss and propose an option.
Please make every effort to join the next TC call this Tuesday, so that we can nail an option on the call.
I assume we will need 2 – 2.5 days until we plan it out. We’d need a completed schema based upon our completed pass through the model and data dictionary – with research/practitioner calls to fill in questions and holes.

Sorry some time has gone by, but we are now working to nail something down.
We thought perhaps the Nashville HHS Integrated Training Summit (ITS), but Don is not available that week.
What about ISCRAM April 22 – 25? I realize funding may be needed, so please response whether you already have coverage.

The TEP subcommittee along with the OASIS TC is planning one or more face to face meetings during 2012, and looking at existing events and venues which may coincide.
Generally we have discussed the April 2012 time frame for an EDXL-TEP face to face meeting. Please reply with your interest and availability during the months of April and May 2012 so that we may engage the planning process.
