 	Bi-weekly meeting for the development of the EDXL-Tracking of Emergency Patients standard & the TEP-HL7 Transformation Spec ification

 	Each bi-weekly meeting will be confirmed as task requirements dictate.

 	Update:  EDXL-TEP standard

 	TEP action items forward:

 		TEP SoU's (1 from an OASIS member)

 		TC resolution accepting the SoU(s).

 		Chet requests a Special Majority Vote to approve submitting the CS to the membership as a Candidate OASIS Standard. - 2/3 vote required

 		Chet prepares a Candidate OASIS Standard edition of the spec and notify the members that it is available for 60 day public review.

 		Chet initiate membership ballot - 14 days - 15% of member companies required (45 give or take)

 		Chet publishes the OS version of the spec and announce it to the world. OASIS puts out a press release to announce it as well.

 	Update:  TEP-HL7 Transformation Specification

 	TEP-HL7 Spec action items forward

 		Mapping / transformation spreadsheet

 		Committee Note document (wrapper)

HL7 Process steps (OASIS will take normal steps up to the "Committee Note" stage)

 					Feb 16 th , 2014– NIB - Notice of intent to ballot

 					March 2, 2014 – Initial content draft due

 					March 23, 2014 – Final content due

 					March 28 – April 28 – Ballot open for comment

 					April 29, 2014 – Start organizes comments, meet with WG’s and address comments

 					May 4 – 9, 2014 – WG meetings to address comments (ballot reconciliation)

Assume one cycle completes this work

 					 (DSTU – Draft Standard for Trial Use) - Can go to vote and publish at any time when completed – at least within a year

 					Acquire 3 statements of use

 					Publish as formal HL7 standard
