TEP 1.1 - Comments received

We will have the normally scheduled call of the TEP SC today at 1ET.  We will begin discussing the comments that were received on TEP 1.1.  I am hopeful we can dispose of these quickly to keep this work moving forward.  Please join if you can and are interested.
