Just in case anyone needs to verify that they attempted to attend the 
Emergency Management TC meeting today, I took an unofficial roll:

For Michelle, I don't know if this counts as a meeting toward your 
full TC membership.

Without a chair, we could not elect a chair, so Art agreed to contact 
Jamie Clark to make arrangements so that we can nominate and vote on 
a new chair.
