Groups - GJXDD Area schema (jxdmArea.xsd) uploaded

This is a subschema of the Global Justice XML data Dictionary that roughly
corresponds to the Area as defined in CAP and EDXL.  It was generated from
the GJXDD using their subschema generation tool.  

The schema provided here is for comparison purposes in light of potential
discussions with represenatative of the Global Justice activity.  Reviewing
this document may give you an idea of what it will take to reconcile
differences, if it is required.
