Thanks... although I think we've been deliberately holding off on
delving into schemas until we get the data dictionary nailed down,
and we still have a few open issues there.
One in particular that I'll note... in your version you named the
geopolitical sub-units as "primary division" and "secondary
division", which suggest that they have a hierarchical relationship
that doesn't actually exist. I think we'd be wise to stick with the
"subdivision" and "location" nomenclature, which doesn't support that
misimpression and actually are in line with the ISO and UN/LOCODE
terminology.
