CAP 1.1 errata

When working with the CAP 1.1 spec as published on the OASIS web site,
It appears that the Coordinate precision note is not there anymore, but
the definitions in the area block still refer to it.  I believe that we
dropped the specific note in favor of putting it into some sore of user
document.  Am I wrong?  (I might be.)
