EDXL DE Usage

Disaster 
Management Interoperability Services (DMIS) has Implemented a new web 
service interface that allows the sharing of content characterized by the EDXL 
Distribution Element between Collaborative Operations Groups (COGs) connecting 
to the Open Platform for Emergency Networks OPEN.  For further information
