OASIS/ITU-T Workshop Request

I am looking for an org and/or company that would consider sponsoring the travel for a government official from Samoa (Mrs Fuatai Purcell, ICT Secretariat, Samoa) to attend <http://www.oasis-open.org/events/ITU-T-OASISWorkshop2006/index.php>. Ms. Purcell has the task to set up public warning for Western Samoa. This really does provide an opportunity for the sponsor to gain exposure in a part of the world that would clearly most directly benefit from the work of your TC.
