Groups - RIM Model (Proposed Starting Position) (rim-model-01.pdf) uploaded

Hi all - attached please find a proposal for the EDXL-RIM Model - this is
to get some discussions going during the meeting (from 2PM local time
Wednesday).

The model looks at the layers we need to address as well as the source for
ontologies to populate the layers.
