Carl, I saw something from the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas - folks are selling a gizmo to track your pet via GPS - so you can find it - and know when it leaves your yard. I guess Alzheimer patients also qualify, and delivery trucks - emergency vehicles!?! Being GPS based and not speed / wireless - guess they are OK. However - once again this looks like a patent that should fall foul of the new "obvious" standards...
